Biography

Sara Fuks has spent the bulk of her 17-year legal career in the plaintiffs’ securities class action bar. After graduating from law school, Sara joined the litigation department at a top national law firm, Dewey Ballantine, LLP, where she focused on general commercial litigation. Sara went on to prosecute numerous ERISA and securities class actions as an associate at Milberg LLP, learning that her passion lies in recovering losses for aggrieved investors. Sara joined the Rosen Law in 2012 and became the first female partner at the firm in 2022. She has secured hundreds of millions of dollars for investors as lead or co-lead counsel.

Among the significant recoveries Sara has been instrumental in obtaining are a $110 million settlement in the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles securities class action (S.D.N.Y. 2019) in which the Rosen Law served as co-lead counsel, and a $28.75 million settlement in the Och-Ziff Capital Management Group securities class action (S.D.N.Y. 2019) in which the Rosen Law served as co-lead counsel.

Sara was selected as SuperLawyer in 2021-2024 and SuperLawyers Rising Star in 2017-2019. In 2025, Lawdragon named Ms. Fuks as one of 500 leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers.
