Biography
Jiaqi Chen is an attorney in the firm’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2024 after graduating from Harvard Law School, where she served as a Line Editor of the Harvard International Law Journal. She later clerked for the Honorable Jennifer E. Willis of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Prior to practicing in the United States, Ms. Chen gained 5 years of experience at a top-tier Chinese law firm and a financial and accounting regulatory body, where she advised clients on business compliance and regulatory matters and handled investigations and enforcement actions relating to accounting misconduct and financial fraud.
Ms. Chen brings a unique cross-border and financial perspective to complex litigation, securities matters, and compliance-related disputes.
Ms. Chen is admitted to practice in New York and is also admitted in the People’s Republic of China (inactive). She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hakka Chinese.
