Ms. Zhang graduated from Columbia University School of Law in 2009 with Master of Laws (L.L.M) degree. She received a Bachelor of Law degree from Shanghai Maritime University School of Law, Cum Laude, in 2003. 

Ms. Zhang began her U.S. practice at Dai & Associates, P.C., where she participated in representing China-related clients in various commercial litigations, both in state and federal courts. She also has extensive experience in real estate transactions, investment immigration and maritime law. Prior to her U.S. practice, Ms. Zhang was an in-house counsel at a large state-owned corporation in China. Ms. Zhang specializes in securities litigation. She is admitted to practice in New York.
