In 2004 Mr. Brown graduated from the University of Chicago School of Law at which he was a recipient of a merit scholarship. Mr. Brown received his B.A. in Business Economics, magna cum laude, from Brown University in 2001. Mr. Brown specializes in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. 

Mr. Brown is admitted to the bar of the State of New York and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Brown was previously employed by UBS, AG.
