Keyuan Petrochemicals, Inc.

The Rosen Law Firm  has filed a class action lawsuit against Keyuan Petrochemicals, Inc. for issuing misleading financial statements in violation of the federal securities laws. 

The lawsuit alleges that Keyuan failed to disclose material related party transactions which rendered its financial statements materially misleading.  When news of the misleading financial statements was disclosed, Keyuan's share price dropped damaging investors.
