Mr. Rosen entered private practice as an associate at the law firm of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in New York City where he participated in a number of complex securities class action and derivative litigation matters. He later served as an associate at McCarter & English in Newark, New Jersey where he specialized in securities and business litigation.

After practicing general securities and commercial litigation in New York City with Solton Rosen & Balakhovsky LLP, Mr. Rosen founded The Rosen Law Firm to represent investors exclusively in securities class actions and derivative litigation.

Under Mr. Rosen’s stewardship the firm has received recognition as one of the most successful firms in securing settlements for investors and has received acclaim as the most efficient securities litigation firm in the country. Institutional Shareholder Services recently reported that the Rosen Law Firm is one of the top three firms in the nation by number of securities class action settlements obtained for investors. In 2016 alone, Rosen, as co-lead counsel, settled three securities class actions for over $20 million each: In re Galena Biopharma, Inc., Securities Litigation, Docket No. 3:14-cv-00367 (D. Or. Mar 05, 2014), which secured a partial settlement for $20 million consisting of $19 million in cash and $1 million in stock; Thomas v. Magnachip Semiconductor Corp., et al, Docket No. 3:14-cv-01160 (N.D. Cal. Mar 12, 2014) in which RLF secured a partial settlement for $23.5 million in cash; and Beck v. Walter Investment Management Corp., et al, Docket No. 1:14-cv-20880 (S.D. Fla. Mar 07, 2014), in which the Firm secured a settlement of $24 million in cash for investors.
